As an editor myself, I'm always partial to demo reels over 5 minute videos of 3 minute sets. This one uses clips from several performances with graphics and music, but the camera and sound could use improvement. Marty needs to pay his crew with real money instead of "all the beer you can drink." Some guys can take advantage of you that way.

As a marketer, I just love his description of this video:

"It's a demo of my stand up for business, church and civic groups to view to hire me."
